December 14th was our last bake shop for the year. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and made 2025 such a success!
While the bake shop is closed, you can still place Special Orders 24 hours in advance.
Diner Opening Spring 2026
Once we're both home and not running a bake shop, we'll be finishing up the trailer, moving it on-site, and making our way through the inspection and permitting process.
We'll have the bake shop back open as soon as the trailer's on-site following up with our full menu as we can (CDT hikers: we want to have burgers for you!).
Update February 21st: structural work is done, and we're finishing up the paint, windows, and services. The end is in sight!
